Today I bought my first LB Transit Pass for the month of May. I am so excited that just about everything I need is within walking, biking, or public transportation distance of my new Casa Howard, yay! And for my guests, you too can take advantage of car-free life when visiting by purchasing a day pass for $2.50. Or you can hop on my extra bike, and of course, there's always the gold old stand-by of using your own two feet.

I recently launched my Luxury Homes Business, and have begun running ongoing marketing campaigns for it. I am seeking a team of assistants in the Los Angeles/Long Beach areas with NEAT handwriting to hand-address and stuff envelopes for continuous marketing mail-outs. This is an on-going stream of part-time work that can be done from home (or just about anywhere). All materials are supplied, and the pay is $15 for a completed batch of 100 stuffed envelopes (15 cents/envelope). A batch typically takes 1 to 2 hours to complete. I am frequently involved in a variety of activities, travel regularly, and also attend real estate and investing workshops, trainings, and conferences on a regular basis.
